Located in a former Guinness power station, Roe & Co. pays homage to the historic Henry Roe distillery, which in the 19th century was one of Ireland's largest distilleries. Today, this renovated space combines industrial design, a signature bar, and guided tours with a focus on modern cocktails. The tour includes an introduction to the process, a tasting, and a workshop on making your own whiskey cocktail. It's an ideal option for those who enjoy whiskey... and mixology.
